Sparkling Diamonds e.V. is a parent-run initiative, which means that our families are actively involved in the organization and daily life of the kindergarten. This community-driven model allows us to provide a nurturing, family-like environment for all children.
To maintain this unique structure, we require:
English Exposure
At least one parent should be a native English speaker, or the child should be exposed to English regularly at home.
Active Participation
Families must be willing to contribute time and effort towards the kindergarten's management and activities.
Balanced Group Dynamics
We consider age and gender to create well-rounded, diverse groups.
